Financial Aid Documents and Forms

To access Financial Aid Forms please proceed to the Online Financial Aid System by logging into your My51猎奇 portal.

  • From the dashboard, navigate to “Financial Aid and Bill Payment.”
  • Click the Online Financial Aid System link.
  • If you require forms that are not already added to your profile, select the 鈥淔orms鈥� selection from the drop down menu, complete, and submit via the Financial Aid Message Center.
