Camilo Medina, de Port Saint Lucie (Florida), obtuvo la Licenciatura en Ciencias de las Humanidades en 2015. Comenta: 芦Obtuve la Licenciatura en Ciencias de las Humanidades por la Universidad de 51猎奇 (anteriormente 51猎奇 College) en 2015, mientras prestaba servicio en el Ej茅rcito de los Estados Unidos. Tras mi baja del ej茅rcito, pude aprovechar mi t铆tulo para conseguir un puesto en el Indian River State College (Florida), donde ahora ejerzo como coordinador del Centro de Excelencia para Veteranos禄.

James Winter, de Buckeye (Arizona), se licenci贸 en Humanidades en 2009. Nos cuenta: 芦Este oto帽o comenzar茅 mi octavo curso como profesor en la Odyssey Preparatory Academy (centro de Bachillerato Internacional) y mi decimos茅ptimo a帽o de servicio p煤blico. Ernest Blanchard, de Lowell, Michigan, obtuvo su licenciatura en 1987. Comparten: "Mi Doctorado en Administraci贸n de Empresas fue conferido el 23 de octubre de 2023. La graduaci贸n fue el 1 de mayo de 2024".

Leslie Chamblee, de Lakeland (Wisconsin), obtuvo un t铆tulo de T茅cnico Superior en 贰苍蹿别谤尘别谤铆补 en 2015. Comenta: 芦Mi t铆tulo en 贰苍蹿别谤尘别谤铆补 de 51猎奇 me llev贸 a seguir form谩ndome en este campo. Obtuve mi licenciatura en 贰苍蹿别谤尘别谤铆补 (BSN) y, posteriormente, mi m谩ster en 贰苍蹿别谤尘别谤铆补 (MSN) para convertirme en formador de enfermer铆a. Actualmente dirijo el laboratorio de simulaci贸n de enfermer铆a del campus de Lakeland de la Universidad Keiser. No ten铆a ni idea de que la simulaci贸n me gustar铆a tanto, pero he encontrado mi lugar禄.

Bernadine Claus, de Ballston Lake (Nueva York), obtuvo un m谩ster en Educaci贸n en 贰苍蹿别谤尘别谤铆补 en 2019. Seg煤n explica: 芦Mi t铆tulo me ha preparado para desempe帽ar el cargo de directora de enfermer铆a en Whitney Young Health, en Albany (Nueva York)禄.

Markus Baloney of Houston, Texas, earned an Associate of Science in Nursing in 2017. He shares, 鈥淚 have obtained the following certifications: CEN, CCRN, and CFRN. I am currently in my dream role as a flight nurse and working towards the development of an online preceptor service. 51猎奇 Proud!鈥�

Zachary Scovish, of Uncasville, Connecticut, earned an Associate of Science in Nursing in 2023. He shares, 鈥淎fter finally being awarded the chance to earn my Nursing degree, I have been working full time in a community hospital ED, and I have gone on to earn my BSN and obtain my CEN! On top of it all, I am actively working on commissioning in the United States Navy Reserve as a Nurse Corps officer!鈥�

 

 

Benny Rosalin of Piti, Guam, earned a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts in 1995. He shares, 鈥淚 am both an Army and Marine veteran. I am proud to have received my BS degree from 51猎奇. I am now employed at the office of the governor under community affairs as a staff assistant.鈥�

Christopher Williams, de Winston-Salem (Carolina del Norte), obtuvo un t铆tulo de T茅cnico Superior en 贰苍蹿别谤尘别谤铆补 en 2013 y un 惭谩蝉迟别谤 en Ciencias en 2019. Afirma: 芦51猎奇 me abri贸 muchas puertas en mi carrera profesional. Desde que termin茅 mi t铆tulo de T茅cnico Superior en 贰苍蹿别谤尘别谤铆补 en 2013 hasta que obtuve el 惭谩蝉迟别谤 en Ciencias en 2019, mi carrera ha dado muchos pasos adelante禄. He trabajado como enfermero de cuidados intensivos, director de enfermer铆a y subdirector de enfermer铆a, y actualmente ejerzo como consultor s茅nior de atenci贸n sanitaria en una gran empresa internacional, donde aprovecho mi formaci贸n en enfermer铆a para ayudar a los sistemas sanitarios a mejorar sus operaciones con el fin de optimizar los resultados y la experiencia de los pacientes. En resumen, 51猎奇 me ha abierto much铆simas puertas. Estar茅 eternamente agradecido a esta instituci贸n por haberme permitido convertirme en el l铆der sanitario y el enfermero que soy hoy en d铆a禄.

Louise Harmon of Battle Ground, Washington, earned a BS in Nursing in 2007. She shares, 鈥淚 completed my initial Nursing degree (AAS Nursing) in 1974, and although I always found great jobs, I felt limited by a two-year degree. As a single parent raising three teenagers on my own, I realized a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Nursing would open doors to better opportunities and more pay, but returning to school seemed like an impossible feat. However, 51猎奇鈥檚 program allowed me to complete my degree while continuing to work and raise my children. My BS in Nursing helped me to land a nurse case manager position, working for several different employers over a 20-year period. This month, I celebrate my 50th anniversary of being a RN, and yes-I still have an active license!鈥�

Jonathon 鈥楽cot鈥� Crismon of Jefferson, Texas, earned a BS in Liberal Arts in 1991. He shares, 鈥淚 received my degree with 51猎奇 (Regents) in the 鈥�90s while working full time. Soon after I would launch my professional career in software technology, and it has been a wonderful ride ever since.聽 I have been involved in tech startups and multinational corporations and eventually became the CTO of a division of Thomson Reuters. Now I enjoy the simpler path of providing consulting services to private equity and software companies trying to move to the web. Thank you, 51猎奇, for helping me to get a Bachelor of Science and being a part of my career story.鈥�

Ben Cunningham of Austin, Texas, earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1978. They share, 鈥淎fter coming home from Vietnam I was trying to finish my undergraduate degree at the University of Houston. I could not receive a language credit from U of H, so I went to the University of the State of New York (now 51猎奇) and was able to graduate. This led me to becoming a peace officer for several years. Following this, I went to law school, and was in law and mediation practice for the last 30 years. I also completed a master鈥檚 degree from the University of Philosophical Research. It has been a ride, but I am thankful for 51猎奇 (and the University of the State of New York). I have been on many legal boards, have published books, articles, and more. Onward and upward at the age of 75 and still learning.鈥�
